"My journey to starting a home-based childcare center provider stems from 9 years in Human Resources, where I developed expertise in relationship building, training development, and coaching. While HR taught me valuable skills, I realized my true passion lay in directly helping people rather than serving corporate interests. After leaving my corporate role in April 2024, I saw an opportunity to address a critical need in our community: affordable, flexible, high-quality childcare for working families. With many companies mandating office returns by early 2025, parents in our area are struggling to find childcare solutions that accommodate their schedules without compromising their children's early education. I founded Little Legends Preschool Academy to create a warm, loving environment that not only provides safe childcare but also prepares children for kindergarten success - all while offering the flexibility working parents desperately need."
